19 year old heater went out on Sunday right before New Year’s. We searched yellow pages for a weekend repair service. Carlos arrived within 3 hours. We decided to purchase a new furnace rather than repair the old one. By 9:00 AM the next day we had a new furnace. The installers came even earlier than promised. The work was done efficiently and promptly. I recommend this comapny.

During the summer heat wave our air conditioner decided to die. We called the Contra Costa divison of Wolves heating and air. They promptly sent out a technician, Roberto, who pulled out the blower and went to get a new one. By the way(this is on a Saturday when most business’s do not even return calls). Within a couple of hours he found a replacement blower and had the air working before the hottest part of the day. Roberto is very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Wolves heating and air to anyone! Thank you Roberto!

I would highly recommend Ricardo and Wolves Heating. On a cold Saturday over Thanksgiving weekend our heater decided to start having problems. After calling a few other companies who could not come out for several days one of the companies recommended I call Wolves. I called Ricardo on a Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon he was at my house. He quickly determined that it was a bad blower motor. He didn’t have the part with him, but he knew he had one at his office. He came back later that evening to put in the temporary part. He had to special order the new part. After he installed it our heater was working fine. He did not charge me for any of this work. He said I could pay when the new part was ready. The part came in 2-3 days later. He worked around my schedule and came at 7pm to install the part. After doing some research into the cost of the part and labor Wolves prices were fair.Ricardo did great work and is a good and fair man. He never tried to up sell any additional work. He could have easily told me I needed a new heater, but he told me just what I needed to fix the heater. He also said the heater should have another 5 years left. It’s nice that there are still honest and hard working people out there. If I ever need heating or AC needs in the future I’ll be calling up Ricardo.

I just want to say that Ricardo is an Angel. Our furnace broke and I called like 12 different heating repair places and no one was able to come out till next week or after Christmas. I had forgotten I left a message for him and at about 2:00pm he called me and asked if I needed someone to come out and I jumped out of my chair and said ” you can come today” and he said yes. I told him to come on down and he did and in no time he had it figured out and he replaced the part and presto we got heat. I really want to thank Ricardo and I don’t think he realized how much he saved the day. Really a great guy. I would definitely without a doubt recommend him.

We are not airman heating dba wolves hvac mechanical. It is terrible that people are giving us bad reviews without confirming the facts. Our old Victorian house has three floors with our hydronic heating system was half-finished by our previous contractor. A sheet metal company recommended us to hire Cesar from Wolves Heating and Air conditioning to combat the task. Cesar checked and diagnosed the ordeal by performing a bypass surgery on our existing plumbing and relocate a tank-less water unit separately for three showers and the kitchen, he also add another one just for the hydronic heating system to ensure constant flow of hot water. The bypass involved changing routes for the old pipes and add new pipes to connect to wherever is necessary to ensure the system will function properly. He put in safety valves for the heating units. Check all previous installations by the previous contractor and complete the entire route of heating flute throughout the building; dampers were put in and complete all the vents for each room. The inspection went smoothly with a recommendation for a minor adjustment. Five stars for Wolves Heating, I highly recommend Cesar if you are doing remodeling your house or service for your hydronic heating system.

They’ve done a good job for us, and have been fair. Here’s our story: They fixed the motor on our furnace about a year ago. Furnace worked fine all winter. This year, however, when we turned our furnace on during the first cold evening, our furnace didn’t start. Turns out that the root cause was that a screw was no longer in place, for some strange reason. (Perhaps the screw vibrated out.) Ricardo, the owner, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the screw, and best of all, didn’t charge us since it was his guy who last worked on the furnace.That’s really great service — taking responsibility, and giving the customer the benefit of the doubt and not charging them.

During the latest coldstreak, I found myself sleeping in 45 degree room, as my heater (hydronic system) was not working. I called Wolves Heating and Air Conditioning and they were able to get to my place in short time. Cesar (co-owner) – arrived on time, was very knowledgable. Suffice to say, within 25 minutes, I had heat. Will definitely be calling back if I have any other issues. That said, I highly recommend Wolves for heating/AC issues.
